How It Works

Step 1

Discovery Call

The discovery call is a ‘get to know’ each other call. This allows both of us time to learn a little bit about each other and what your business needs are.  During this call, I will be taking notes on action items that we discuss to create an overall strategy on how A2ZVA can help you. I will get a sense of what you need help with, and can help give you an idea of a package that would fit your needs as well as additional ways we can help that you might not have thought of yet!  

Step 2


After our discovery call, I will customize a proposal specific to your business needs and the strategy that we discussed. I will give you an outline of how we can do certain tasks, and the processes we will put in place to be able to efficiently assist you.  If everything looks good, you are able to electronically sign the proposal and we will get started! After the proposal is signed, you will receive a Welcome Letter with a general list of items to gather to send over for our Kickoff Meeting.

Step 3

Kickoff Meeting

After the proposal is signed, we will schedule a 30 to 45-minute Kickoff meeting. The purpose of this meeting is to make sure that we have the logins and access to everything that is needed to make sure that we can help you in the best way possible. I am sure we will still have some questions as we progress through working together, but this will help us get our feet wet and start helping you take your time back.

Step 4

First Week Check-In

The first week can always be a little rocky, and that is to be expected. We want to make sure that you are satisfied with the strategy thus far, and see if there is anything that we can do differently to make your life easier. After All, that is what we are here for. We will schedule a quick 15-minute chat to just check-in, and see how you feel like things are progressing. This allows us to make changes early on if necessary allowing you to focus on other aspects of your business.

Step 5

First Month Check-In

We want to make sure that we are doing everything possible to make your day-to-day life easier.  Our goal is to allow you to take care of what you love most, not the tasks that you dread. You will be asked if there are any additional items that we can help you with and evaluate your current plan. We understand that some days, weeks, or months might be busier than others. We are here to help you and can be flexible. However, the first month is a good idea of what an average month would be and we can evaluate the plan from there.

Step 6

Day 45 (Testimonials/Referrals)

We all know someone that can use help and the best form of advertisement is word of mouth. At day 45, we will send you a Client Questionnaire and ask for your feedback on your services.  At this time, we will be asking for a testimonial from you to add to our website as well as an endorsement on Linkedin. We appreciate you taking the time out of your schedule to do this for us! At the same time, if we come across anyone that could use your services, we will happily refer them to you as well.

Step 7

Day 90 (Quarterly Check-In)

Every quarter we would like to schedule a time to speak with you about your services. This is the perfect time to evaluate any new tasks that you can delegate and hand off to us. While we are working on your projects, we are always thinking outside of the box and looking for ways we can be of more assistance. There might be something that you can hand off that you haven’t thought of yet and we are here to help you be more productive.  Our goal is to help your business grow and succeed. Your success is our success!
