Virtual Administrative Support (Telecommute Only)
**This job is NOT a W-2 position. You will be an Independent Contractor for this position**
Job Summary –
Work Independently from a remote location, your home or office, to perform clerical and
administrative functions. There will be occasional meetings at our home office or another local location (we are located in the North Austin area around Parmer and Mopac). Initially, there would be a few day at the beginning where you would need to come to our home office for training.
Draft correspondence, schedule appointments, organize and maintain
electronic files, and provide information to callers. Resolve many office problems on your own and
provide regular reports to your supervisor.
Tasks and Responsibilities –
Use your own computer for various applications, such as database management and word
Create, maintain, and enter information into databases and email lists.
Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating
paperwork, or maintaining documents, such as attendance records, correspondence, or other
Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors.
Arrange conference, meeting, or travel reservations for office personnel.
Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
